Doja Cat has been announced as the headlining performer for the 2026 edition of Global Citizen’s Move Afrika tour, with scheduled performances in Kigali, Rwanda, and Pretoria, South Africa, in March.

The announcement was made by Global Citizen as part of its ongoing Move Afrika initiative, a touring circuit designed to support live music infrastructure and creative industries across the continent. The Kigali concert is set for 17 March, followed by a performance in Pretoria on 20 March.

According to event organizers, Move Afrika aims to drive economic impact by creating jobs and strengthening local production ecosystems through international-standard live events. The tour is now in its third year and has previously featured headline performances from artists including Kendrick Lamar and John Legend.
