Legendary British reggae group UB40, fronted by original lead singer Ali Campbell, is set to perform live in Kigali on June 9, 2026, at BK Arena.

The highly anticipated show marks the band’s first-ever performance in Rwanda, bringing decades of global hits to one of Africa’s fastest-rising entertainment capitals. Known for classics like Red Red Wine, Kingston Town, and (I Can’t Help) Falling in Love With You, UB40’s catalog has defined reggae’s crossover into mainstream global music.

The Kigali stop is part of their international Big Love Tour, a worldwide run celebrating more than 40 years of success, with the band continuing to draw massive audiences across continents.
UB40 are no strangers to the continent. Over the years, they have performed extensively across Africa, including major shows in South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Kenya building a loyal fan base through decades of touring. However, Kigali remains a new stop, making this concert a standout moment for both the band and local fans.

With BK Arena’s world-class setup and growing reputation for hosting major international acts, the concert is expected to attract fans from across the region, reinforcing Kigali’s position on the global touring map.
For one night, reggae takes over Kigali and the soundtrack is already legendary.
